Our factory was founded in 1990, specializing in the production of various Carpenter pencils (also known as tool pencils). From the very beginning, I focused on the quality of our Carpenter pencil to provide users with an excellent product experience. Since then, we have actively improved any problems encountered in production – a habit we have maintained for 30 years.
Our founder, Mr. Li, started working as a technician in a pencil factory at the age of 18. He was deeply passionate about solving technical problems in pencil manufacturing. On one occasion, while helping a customer source Carpenter pencils from other pencil factories, he noticed that the Carpenter pencils available at the time were very rough: the barrels were uneven, the paint colors deviated significantly, the surfaces were inconsistent, and the leads broke easily. Mr. Li then kept thinking: if he produced this kind of tool pencil himself, could he solve these technical problems? So he used discarded old pencil machines to modify, test, and experiment. After two years of exploration, he finally overcame the technical difficulties of the Carpenter pencil, achieving quality that surpassed all Carpenter pencil manufacturers on the market at the time. The mid-to-high-end tool pencils we produced became very popular with many European and American customers.
In 1994, the pencil industry faced enormous market challenges. Our Carpenter pencil factory began to change its strategy: we developed more market customers and launched more styles of Carpenter pencils.
